Luxe Clean LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services,
including standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out
cleaning, office cleaning, and one-time or recurring cleaning
services in the Portland, OR area.

2. Estimates and Pricing

- On-site estimates are provided free of charge.
- Our standard rate starts at $40 per hour. Final pricing is
discussed and agreed upon with the client before service begins,
based on the size and condition of the property.
- Prices may vary depending on the scope of work.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

- Appointments are scheduled based on availability.
- We ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at
least 24 hours in advance.

4. Client Responsibilities

- Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access
to the property.
- Please inform us in advance of any fragile items, pets, or special
instructions.

5. Liability

Luxe Clean LLC is licensed and insured. We take reasonable care while
providing services; however, we are not liable for pre-existing
damage or normal wear and tear. Any damage caused by our team during
service will be assessed and addressed in accordance with our
insurance policy.

6. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in
writing.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of
our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated
terms.
